Moving Day! On April 10, 2008. Wally and I moved into our new home, located in Withers/Preserve at the Market Common, in the Balmoral neighborhood. We purchased the smallest model home. We've talked for years about downsizing to 1 level and a smaller yard, so when the Alston model home became available at a reduced price, we jumped on it. We love the convenience and location.
I won't go into a lot of detail, but although we only moved only 5 miles, it was a traumatic experience after having lived in our SouthWood home for 11 years. I have all the admiration in the world for my friends who move often, and seem to do it so effortlessly.
