Not sure if anyone is around (Patrish and Wally you are a definite I hope  ) those days but we'd love to have a meet-up if so. I know it's still early in the season but I thought I'd throw the idea out there for any locals or visitors! Let me know :sunny: !

Boardwalk Billy's was a perfect meet-up spot. It was new to us, but I think everyone else had been there multiple times. This was Emmy's meetup and she picked a great place. The food was very good and the waitress was perfect...and so was the weather.

But most of all, it was like meetups from the past, with a few years added on. It is hard to believe that our first meetup was in 2005. Many thanks for the support of continuing meetups.

Emmy, Paul and Sy are happy to get away from the cold winter they suffered through this year. Judy and Mike, along with Bob and Bonnie (and us) figured that out years ago. Maleia and Doug are from Phoenix so naturally they think it rains too much, LOL! But if you quiz them, you can tell they are finding plenty of the great things the Grand Strand offers. Jan and Mike (the buckeyes) were a wonderful surprise. As the rest of us were in the driveway, they pulled in and started waving! Hummm....who is THIS? Then smiles broke out on our faces as we realized.

Thanks again for planning a wonderful evening, Emmy! And thanks to everyone who showed up and made it memorable!

:hello: :hello: Fun meet-up...best in as far back as I can recall. we played musical chairs and had the opportunity to catch up from most everyone who was there. Even had a cat trying to get in on the act... Happy hour was great too! Great location Emmy! We look forward to a return visit....Missed everyone that didn't make it, but there will be more opportunities...

It looks like a great meetup! The weather seemed perfect. Quite the crowd on the patio. When we go in the winter months the patio is empty. Lol. Looks better covered in a fun loving crowd. Thanks for posting.
