Can anyone tell me anything about apt rental at Market Commons for long term...loke prices and average utilities and what kind of area it is...thanks in advance...cant wait to get to MB :cool:

It's a wonderful area. Lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Always something happening here. Wally and I like it so well, we just purchased a single-family home in Withers Preserve/Market Common.

Patrish,

Lucky you for being able to purchase a home in Withers Preserve. Are you going to live in it or stay where you are? I love the Market Commons area. As you know we spend a lot of time there when we are in the area in the fall. I know there has been some discussion as to its merits on this board. Though my husband and I do not agree on much we both agree that Market Commons area has a magical feeling to it. It makes me think of a safer gentler world that we all use to know. Congratulations on your new home.
