Myrtle Beach Message Board

We will be visiting myrtle beach July 18th -25th and my husband wants to do some surf fishing at night, so does anyone know if you can rent fishing gear anywhere other than the piers. We dont have a lot of room in the car for fishing poles.

You might try calling Vacation Equipment Rentals. They are a big outfit, and although I don't see anything about fishing equipment on their site, I'll bet they would be able to tell you if there are any rental locations in the area:
