Myrtle Beach Message Board

We are looking at a quick trip to MB. There are units available at Waterpoint I and II and Carolina Dunes. I am liking Waterpoint a bit better b/c they have an indoor and outdoor pool, while Carolina Dunes only has an indoor pool. I like an indoor pool in case the weather is bad, but I love the outdoor pool for the nice weather.

Anyway, I am wondering about opinions on all of these places. Also, Carolina Dunes is in Cherry Grove, an area we love, but can anyone tell us about Windy Hill, we haven't stayed in that area before.

We have stayed in Windy Hill basically all my life. We love it there because it's not very far away from Hwy 22/31 to Broadway, restaurant row, Tanger & Barefoot Landing. I believe Cherry Grove is a good 10 minutes from Windy Hill so that helps out with us on the driving. Of course not everyone goes all the time like we do on vacation. We just like the location better.

Thanks! I think I am going to pick Waterpoint I or 2. The indoor and outdoor pools are pulling me there. We have stayed at Bay Watch before and enjoyed the beach there, which I think is nearby.
